Measure
What is actually working?
Most of the buying journey happens where you cannot see it. This station builds the instruments, then reads them with you, so spend decisions stop being opinions.
You are here if
You spend, and cannot see what it does.
Tracking is broken or was never built. Attribution is a guess.
Three tools, three different numbers.
Nobody trusts the report, so nobody acts on it.
You want a second opinion before you commit.
The paid audit is the way in: fixed scope, written findings, no obligation.
What we do to show you what is working.
| Service | What it means for you | Where it lands |
|---|---|---|
| Server-side tracking, conversion APIs, consent management | Conversion data sent from your server, with consent handled correctly for Switzerland and the EU. | Tracking |
| Attribution modelling, media mix modelling, incrementality testing | Three ways to know what worked: rules for daily steering, modelling for budgets, tests for certainty. | Attribution |
| Warehouse and reporting: BigQuery, dbt, Looker or Metabase | All sources in one warehouse, one definition of a customer, one place to read it. | Warehouse |
| Dashboards, cohort and lifetime-value analysis | One page of numbers people open, plus the cohort and lifetime-value views behind them. | Dashboard |
| The paid audit as the entry product | Fixed-scope review of tracking, data, attribution and channels, with written findings and a priority list. | Audit |
| Consent and privacy setup for Switzerland and the EU | Banner, storage and data flows aligned with the Swiss DPA and GDPR, without killing your data. | Consent |
How we work this station.
Four steps, run in order, every engagement. Watch it run.
- waiting
Fix the instruments first
Server-side tracking, conversion APIs and a consent setup that is compliant in Switzerland and the EU. Until the data is right, no report is worth reading.
- waiting
One warehouse, one definition of a customer
Ad platforms, CRM, shop and analytics land in BigQuery, modelled with dbt, so revenue means the same thing in every report.
- waiting
Attribution you can argue with
Last click for speed, media mix modelling for budget, incrementality tests for truth. We tell you which one we are using and why.

A dashboard people open

Questions about Measure.
What is server-side tracking?
Server-side tracking sends conversion events from your server to ad and analytics platforms instead of from the browser, so ad blockers, consent choices and browser restrictions lose fewer signals. It is the first thing we build in the Measure station.
What is marketing attribution?
Marketing attribution is the method of assigning credit for a conversion to the touchpoints before it. Growis uses rule-based attribution for daily steering, media mix modelling for budget allocation, and incrementality tests when the answer has to be certain.
What is in the paid audit?
Tracking and consent, data quality, attribution setup, channel performance, creative and landing page read, and a prioritised list of where the next budget should go. Fixed scope, fixed price, written findings.
Which tools do you work with?
Google Tag Manager, GA4, server-side GTM, conversion APIs, BigQuery, dbt, Looker Studio, Looker and Metabase, plus the ad platforms’ own reporting. The stack is chosen for who has to maintain it.
Is our tracking compliant in Switzerland?
We set consent and data flows up for the Swiss Data Protection Act and GDPR together: banner, storage, server-side handling. Compliant and still useful.
How long does the paid audit take?
Two weeks from access to written findings. One call to walk through them. No obligation after.
Do you replace our analytics tool?
Rarely. We usually keep GA4 and the ad platforms, add server-side tracking and a warehouse under them, and put one dashboard on top.
Can we see the dashboard before we buy?
Yes. Part of the paid audit is a prototype of the one-page dashboard on your data, so you see what you would be reading every month.
